53’ Gooseneck Slider Tandem
The 53’ gooseneck slider tandem offers effective heavy-duty transportation, designed to carry a 53ft container with a payload capacity of up to 67,200 lbs (approximately 30,480 kg). The product is made from hot-rolled steel, imported directly from Hyundai Steel, and equipped with a Hendrickson suspension system, which allows for tandem axle positioning adjustments, ensuring even load distribution and increased operational flexibility. Notably, the trailer is equipped with a Bendix roll stability system, ensuring stable and safe performance on all terrains.
Dolly Tandem
The Dolly Tandem is an ideal solution for connecting and towing various types of trailers, including box trailers, flatbed trailers, and container trailers, with a payload capacity of up to 44,000 lbs (approximately 20,000 kg). The product is designed with a drawbar for quick and easy connection between trailers, improving loading and transportation efficiency. It is made from high-strength steel plates supplied by reputable manufacturers such as POSCO and Hyundai Steel. Moreover, the Dolly Tandem is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS) from WABCO and a warning light system that detects braking system issues early, ensuring maximum operational safety.
40’/45’ Extendable Tandem
The 40’/45’ Extendable Tandem can transport either a 40ft or 45ft container with a load capacity of up to 67,200 lbs (approximately 30,480 kg). The product stands out for its flexible transportation capability, featuring two twist locks, two locking pins from Buffer, and a sliding frame, along with ALCOA aluminum wheels, which reduce weight, increase durability, and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the WABCO ABS and a PSI Tire Inflation System maintain stable tire pressure, ensuring safe operation.
20’/40’ City Combo Tandem
The 20’/40’ City Combo Tandem can transport either a 20ft container with a payload capacity of 52,910 lbs (24,000 kg) or a 40ft container with a payload capacity of 67,200 lbs, (30,480 kg). This product stands by its flexible transportation capabilities, featuring four Buffer rear twist locks and two Schulz center twist locks, along with an optimized chassis design that enhances payload capacity. The ALCOA aluminum wheels help reduce weight, save fuel, and increase durability while enhancing aesthetics and transportation efficiency. The semi-trailer is equipped with a WABCO ABS and a PSI Tire Inflation System to maintain stable tire pressure, ensuring safe operation.
20’/40’ Combo Tridem
The 20’/40’ Combo Tridem can transport either a 20ft container with a load capacity of 66,100 lbs (30,000 kg), a 40ft container with a load capacity of up to 74,100 lbs (33,600 kg), or two empty 20ft containers. The product is equipped with 14 twist locks, including two container locks, four swing-down twist locks, and eight retractable twist locks, allowing easy adjustment based on load position for flexible transportation. The ALCOA aluminum wheels help reduce weight, save fuel, and increase durability while enhancing aesthetics and transportation efficiency. The combination of WABCO ABS and a PSI Tire Inflation System that automatically inflates or deflates the tires, ensures stable tire pressure, promoting safe operation.
