Design and simulation

The first step is design and simulation to calculate the overview and details of the product.
Optimized the endurance calculation process and increased the accuracy.
Design and optimize production.

Includes the following stages:

  2D Design – Autocad software

  3D Design – Catia and NX software

  Simulation, calculation – Hyperworks software

Fabrication

The fabrication step uses modern equipment such as:

 Slitting line

 CNC gas & plasma cutting line

 Fiber laser cutting machine

 Square steel, tube steel laser cutting machine

 CNC pressing machine

Welding

Automatic welding line with a capacity of 55 units/day, including equipment:

 Automatic beam welding equipment

 Robotic welding to connect chassis frame line

 Chain turning equipment

 Subparts welding robot

Painting

Invested in modern production line with a capacity of 55 units/day:

 Automatic shot blasting booth

 ED coating

 Powder coating line

Assembly

With automatic Monorail system, including the following steps:

 Air system assembly

 Electric system assembly

 Landing gear assembly

 Suspension & axle assembly

 Axle adjustment & assembly

 Air and electric system connection

 Tire assembly

Inspection & Testing

Products are strictly tested, including:

 Pit inspection

 Sideslip and brake test

 Load test

 Road test

Packing

Packaging is the final step in the manufacturing process. In this step, products are stacked into bundle, packaged and delivered.

In addition, diversified packing and shipment methods such as RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off), break bulk vessel, container, and flat rack offered by Thaco Trailers shall be beneficial and convenient to all customers.
