THACO TRAILERS ATTENDS TRUCK WORLD 2024 IN CANADA
On April from 18th to 20th, Thaco Trailers representatives attended the Truck World 2024 exhibition in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This event served as a meeting place for over 15,000 experts and partners to discuss current trends and advanced solutions in the field of commercial transportation.
Truck World 2024 featured 500 display booths, introducing a diverse range of products specifically designed to meet customer needs and market trends. Additionally, the exhibition organized seminars on the latest innovations in road transport and the “Ride & Drive” program, which provided a test drive experience for vehicles integrated with “green” technologies such as hydrogen, batteries, and electricity.
At the event, Thaco Trailers, in collaboration with partner Ocean Trailer, displayed and introduced the 20’/40’/45′ City Combo Tridem Without Genset and 20’/40’/45′ City Combo Tridem With Genset. Products are designed with a chassis specialized for loading 20′, 40′, and 45′ containers (meets ISO standards), offering flexibility and a high load capacity. The three-axle structure enhances the vehicle’s payload capacity and power compared to standard models.
In addition, Thaco Trailers also offers other product lines for the Canadian market, such as:

– 20’/40’/45′ Combo Tridem
– 20′ Slider Tandem With Rear Fifth Wheel.
These products meet North American standards such as DOT, AAR, ANSI, TOFC, F(C)MVSS, SAE, and TTMA.
Many partners and customers have highly praised the quality of Thaco Trailers’ products upon visiting the Ocean Trailer’s booth. This marks a significant step forward, laying the foundation for Thaco Trailers and Ocean Trailer to establish a long-term collaborative relationship, aimed at developing and expanding the semi-trailer market share in Eastern Canada.
Truck World 2024 provided an opportunity for Thaco Trailers to update technology trends and gather new ideas to develop a variety of product lines and specialized semi-trailers and components to meet customers’ specific requirements. It also helped expand our network of strategic partners and suppliers, continuing to affirm Thaco Trailers’ position on the whole market of Canada as well as the North American market.
